Job Role:

Restaurant Server

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $12 per hour Plus Tips

Work Hours: Lunch and Dinner Shifts Available

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcoming guests promptly in a warm, friendly manner.
  2. Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks.
  3. Make menu recommendations, answer questions, and share additional information upon request.
  4. Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders.
  5. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, and report any problems.
  6. Follow all health and safety rules and regulations.
  7. Manage guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not mandatory.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, energetic personality.
  3. Strong multitasking abilities.
  4. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the restaurant menu to enhance customer dining experiences.
